Wendy Williams is battling dementia.

Wendy Williams’ health is fragile amid her battle with dementia.

The television personality’s mental health has reportedly deteriorated, as revealed in a recent court filing by her legal guardian, Sabrina Morrissey.

The former talk show host is now considered “cognitively impaired and permanently disabled,” according to documents filed in a New York court earlier this month.

The Nov. 12 filing includes a statement from Morrissey’s attorney, which describes Williams’ condition, according to page six.

“[Wendy Williams Hunter]a popular entertainer who, tragically, developed early-onset dementia and, as a result, became cognitively impaired and permanently disabled,” the memo said.

Morrissey’s filing is part of an ongoing lawsuit against A+E Networks, which accuses the company of exploiting Williams through her Lifetime documentary. Where is Wendy Williams?

The guardian had earlier tried to block the release of the four-part series, which showed the frail 60-year-old. The documentary included tearful scenes of Williams dealing with his financial struggles and addiction.

After the filming of the documentary, it was revealed that Williams had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia.

These conditions cause memory loss and erratic behavior. Reportedly, Williams was already showing symptoms of his illness when production began on the documentary.

The ongoing legal battle and reports of Williams’ declining health highlight the challenges she has faced in recent years.
