Three mountain walkers were rescued from Scotland’s Cairngorms after a nine-hour rescue operation on Thursday night.
More than 20 people from Bremer and Aberdeen Mountain Rescue teams worked through the night to rescue the trapped walkers.
The trio had called for help after struggling in the wind and snow near Lairg Gharo around 21:45 GMT. All three are safe and well reported.
