Victims of Primrose Hill jewelery raid offer rewards of up to £1.5m

Victims of a £10m jewelery raid from a London mansion have offered a total of £1.5m in rewards to help catch the thief and recover their stolen items.

A £150,000 designer handbag and £5,000 in cash were stolen from the home on Exclusive Avenue Road, near Primrose Hill, on December 7.

Some of the jewelry is said to belong to Shafira Huang, who is said to be a social media influencer.

As well as a £500,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief, the owners are offering 10% of the value of any recovered jewelery for information leading to its recovery – which is Could be up to £1.5m, the Met Police confirmed.

Among the items taken for a total of £10.4 million were distinctive pieces such as two de Beers butterfly diamond rings, pink sapphire earrings in the shape of butterflies by Catherine Wang, and a gold, diamond and sapphire Van Cleef necklace.

The Met Police said many of the missing items are unique in their design, and therefore easily recognisable.

Met Police believe the house was targeted between 17:00 and 17:30 GMT by a man who entered through a second floor window.

The suspect is described as white, in his 20s to 30s, and is said to be wearing a dark hoodie, cargo pants and a gray baseball cap with his face covered. .

Avenue Road, where the raid took place, connects the Swiss Cottage and Regent’s Park areas and is home to some of the most expensive properties in London.
