Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd’s initial public offering was oversubscribed 3.81 times on the first day of share sales on Monday, helping spur investor participation. According to NSE data, bids were received for 1,79,22,111 shares in the Rs 500 crore initial share sale, against 47,04,028 shares on offer.
The retail individual investors (RIIs) segment received 4.45 times subscription, while the non-institutional investors category received 4.02 times subscription. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) quota was subscribed 2.49 times.
There is a fresh issue of initial public offering (IPO) of up to Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 250 crore.
The offer price range has been fixed at Rs 745-785 per share.
Anand Rathi Advisors Ltd and Aquoris Capital Pvt Ltd are book-running lead managers for the offer.
