Two people have died in separate road accidents in County Down and County Kevin.
A man in his 30s has died following a single-car crash involving a gray Volkswagen Polo in Ballynahinch at around 16:45 GMT on Tuesday.
Downpatrick Road was closed for a time following the collision but has since reopened.
Meanwhile, a man in his 80s has died in a two-vehicle collision on the N55 in Kilribane early on Wednesday.
The incident occurred at around 00:40 local time.
The man, who was in his late 80s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
All four occupants of the other car were taken to Kevin General Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The road is currently closed.
Police and gardai have appealed for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
