WASHINGTON: Donald Trump has offered Stephen Feinberg, the billionaire co-founder and CEO of investment firm Cerberus Capital Management, the position of deputy defense secretary, according to a Washington Post report. There is a share.
It’s unclear if Feinberg has accepted the job, the Post reports, and Trump has yet to publicly announce the nomination.
Cerberus this year disclosed an investment in M1 Support Services, which provides training and maintenance services for military aircraft. In 2018, Cerberus acquired a majority stake in Navistar Defense, which manufactures military vehicles.
