Transfers, postings of many officers

ISLAMABAD: Orders for appointments, transfers and retirement of federal bureaucrats have been issued.

Additional Secretary Ministry of Information Mubasher Toqeer Shah has been transferred and posted as Executive Director General Information Service Academy. Kashif Zaman has been appointed as Press Registrar Ministry of Information and Press Registrar Ministry of Information Kanwal Iftikhar as Director General Press Information Department Islamabad. The transfer of grade 19 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, Zainul Abedin Ansari, posted in the Government of Sindh has been cancelled. Notification of retirement of officers belonging to Secretariat Group has been issued. They include: Senior Member, Federal Land Commission Taha Hussain Bugti, 31 July 2025; Senior Joint Secretary Ministry of Housing Ashfaq Ghaman 31 August 2025; Grade 21 OSD Iftikhar Al Hasan Gilani, 30 September 2025; DG, Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools Sikandar Masood 24 October 2025; Joint Secretary Aviation Division Iqbal Asif 12 October 2025, Joint Secretary Ministry of Defense Arshad Mahmood 28 August 2025. Joint Secretary Finance Division Mumtaz Hussain Shah 7 August 2025; Director General, Federal Public Service Commission, Asif Ali Alvi 14 July 2025; Joint Secretary Ministry of Climate Change Muhammad Jameel 3 October 2025. Joint Secretary Ministry of National Health Muhammad Iqbal will retire on December 4, 2025.
