The final T20I of the three-match series between Pakistan and South Africa was canceled due to heavy rain at the Wanderers Stadium on Saturday, with no balls bowled or tossed.
South Africa won the series by defeating Pakistan in the first two T20Is of the series.
The Proteas defeated the Green Shirts by 11 runs in the first T20I at the Kingsmead Stadium as the latter could only manage 172 for the loss of eight wickets in their 20 overs in pursuit of 184.
Chasing the target of 184 runs, captain Muhammad Rizwan’s 74 runs off 62 balls could not get Pakistan off the line. Saeem Ayub scored 31 runs off 15 balls.
