Satyendra Jain files defamation case against BJP MP Bansari Swaraj, to appear on December 20

Delhi’s Raus Evan Swaal has issued a criminal defamation notice to BJP MP Bansari Swaraj. It was filed by Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Prime Minister Stendra Jain against Flusri. Satyendra Jain has questioned in his petition that Bansari made a derogatory remark against him during a TV interview on October 5, 2023. The court ordered Bansari Swaraj to appear before the court on December 20. Bansari was authorized by the court to either appear before the court in person or through his lawyer. Along with this, on 20th December itself, statement of Stander Jain and his 2 marks will also be filed in his favor.

According to Satyendra Jain, Bansari Swaraj’s provocative comment on him was clearly intended to defame him. Satyendra Jain further said that “Swaraj Showbiz has claimed that Rs. 3 crores have been recovered from his house and 1.8 kg of gold and 133 of his coins have been recovered from his house.” But he also expressed that he tries to get unnecessary political ambitions.
