Prince William is excited as his six-year-old son Prince Louis hits a new milestone.
The Prince of Wales, who performed alone for the Tusk Awards at The Savoy in London on Wednesday, admitted to guests that his son is tapping into Kate Middleton’s talent.
During the event, the future King was seen chatting with Rolling Stones bassist Ronnie Wood and former Dire Streets guitarist Mark Knopfler.
“My youngest is learning the drums,” William told Musicians via The The Telegraph. “That’s why I spend my whole life with my fingers in my ears.”
William also shares 11-year-old Prince George and nine-year-old Princess Charlotte with his wife Kate.
The Princess of Wales has unique talents in various sports and art mediums. However, one hidden talent that emerged in 2021 was the future queen’s ability to play the piano.

It was revealed that Kate learned to play the instrument as a child and found “great comfort” in playing during the 2020 lockdown. Now it looks like Prince Louis is following in his mum’s footsteps as he takes up his own drum kit.
