Prince Harry, Meghan Markle are determined to stay grounded in America’s political landscape no matter what.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in the headlines once again after doubts over Prince Harry’s immigration following the US election results are back in the news.
However, a source in the know revealed that the couple is unfazed by the ongoing speculation and isn’t ready to fight for their Montecito home.
“Harry and Meghan feel at home in California, and they won’t leave without a fight,” a source insisted. Express.co.uk
“They have a very good legal team, and a lot of support behind them to make sure they can stay in the United States.”
Earlier, the newly elected US president expressed his strong views on Harry and Meghan staying in the country, after stepping down from senior royal duties in 2020.
“I will not protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That is unforgivable. He will be on his own,” Trump said back in February.
However, the insider said Prince Harry and his wife “are not bothered by Trump’s comments because they believe they have done everything right”.
“Meghan is an American citizen, and Archie just started a new school, so leaving the place he calls home is not an option either,” he continued.
