Pennsylvania Democratic Govt Josh Shapiro issued a strong condemnation of the suspect who killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood.
Shapiro said in remarks at a press conference Monday against the suspect, 26-year-old Luigi Nicholas Mangione, after Mangione was apprehended at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
“The suspect here is a coward, not a hero,” Shapiro said.

Altoona police initially arrested Mangione on charges of unlicensed possession of a firearm, providing false identification to police and forgery in connection with Thompson’s murder.
He has since been charged with murder in New York, according to online court records.
