Responding to PTI’s demand for a judicial inquiry into the incidents of May 9 and November 26, Assistant Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah said that both the incidents have already been investigated.

Addressing a press conference along with Senator Irfan Siddiqui, the head of the government negotiation committee, the Prime Minister’s assistant said that, however, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has formed a committee consisting of all the members of the ruling party to review the demands of the opposition parties. .

He added that the committee would respond to PTI’s demands.

Earlier today, the PTI finally submitted its demands in writing, demanding an inquiry into the incidents of May 9, 2023 and November 26, 2024, as well as the release of “political prisoners”.
