Meghan Markle wants more time to trademark her lifestyle brand.




Meghan Markle’s highly anticipated lifestyle brand may be further away than expected, as her team has requested an extension to the trademark application.

Initially soft-launched in March as American Riviera Orchard, the brand promised consumers a peek into an exciting collection of products, likely including jams and other lifestyle goods.

However, despite initial interest and a waiting list for updates, the project has faced several setbacks, delaying its official launch and preventing it from being commercialized until now.

Fans of the Duchess will have to wait a little longer for her brand to hit the market.

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) rejected his initial application in September, citing “American Riviera” as a common nickname for Santa Barbara.
