The Princess of Wales, who underwent nine months of cancer treatment last year, visited the Royal Marsden Hospital, where she received a warm welcome as she met with cancer patients on Tuesday.
Meghan has often been accused of trying to steal the spotlight from the royal family, particularly Kate, given the timing of her announcements.
While this could be enough of a coincidence, there is also a chance that the post was done on purpose after giving Meghan more of an impression of her appearance.
