Prince Archie and Princess Lilybet have sparked a frenzy of headlines ever since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared a rare update.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated Christmas with their two children in an intimate gathering at their Montecito home as part of a big festive reunion.
Harry and Meghan, who celebrated their sixth holiday without the royal family, made their own special traditions with the royal family, observing their old traditions at Sandringham.
Meghan has previously gushed about how much she looks forward to the holiday season with her children as they have something new to offer each year.
She stressed during an Archwell charity event last month that she wanted Archie and Lilibet to experience the “magic” of the traditions.
The mother of two said Marie Claire That the family puts out “carrots for the reindeer” as one of their favorite traditions.
“At first, I think as a mom you’re enjoying having the kids there, but they don’t understand what’s going on yet,” Meghan told Marie Claire. “But now we’re at an age where I can’t wait to look through their lens every year.”
“Each holiday is a new adventure,” she added, adding that she wants them to experience traditions like “great recipes” that she connects to from an early memory.
The Sussexes are understood to have joined Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland in the festivities.
The update comes amid a rare glimpse that Harry and Meghan gave to the public of their 2024 Christmas card, which is believed to be used for professional use.
While the children were photographed from behind to hide their faces, there is believed to be a secret second card sent to close friends and family.
