American singer-songwriter Lily Allen opens up about her mental health journey.
The 39-year-old has been missing out on therapy sessions since settling in New York with husband David Harbor and children Ethel Marie, 13, and Marnie Rose, 11.
Talking on his podcast miss me Along with her best friend Makita Oliver, Lily reveals that she suffers from mental problems.
gave smile The singer explained that her diet has taken a toll, admitting that she is not eating and is never hungry.
“I’ve been going through a tough time for the past few months and my eating has become a problem,” the author said.
“My therapist and I talk about it and she says “How long has this been going on?” And I say, “Well, about three years really.” And she’s like, “Okay. Why didn’t you mention it earlier? ”
Ellen insists that she is not lying about her pain and considers it the most important thing to talk about.
“I’m not really in a good place mentally right now, and I’m not eating. I’m not hungry.”

Last year, Lily Allen shared that she often forgets to eat and fights over food that isn’t ordered and made for her.
