LAHORE: An open court was held in Lahore General Hospital to resolve the complaints of patients and employees. Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute and Amiruddin Medical College Professor Dr. M Al Farid Zafar listened to the complaints of patients and employees and issued orders on the spot. The principal received seven complaints and resolved two of them immediately and directed the other issues to be resolved after investigation. Ghulam Rasheed, an employee of the hospital, made the first complaint about not getting possession despite being allotted a quarter, on which the principal directed the housing body to submit a report within two days. No complaints were received regarding the treatment facilities in the hospital.
