Mountain rescue teams recovered the body of a man on Boxing Day.
Langdale and Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team were called to assist a man who was reported to be unconscious at Grisdale House near Grisdale Tarn in the Lake District.
They tried to revive the man but he was pronounced dead.
His body was flown by Coast Guard helicopter to the Keswick Mountain Rescue Base.
