Lahore: Justice Shahid Karim of Lahore High Court disposed of the petition against Lahore Master Plan 2050 on Tuesday.
Fazil Judge remarked that the Lahore Master Plan 2050 has been declared null and void, there is no point in keeping this application pending. “If there is objection to the new master plan, then the application can be filed again,” the court ordered. The petitioner took the stand that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi government announced the master plan contrary to the facts, it should be declared null and void.
