ISLAMABAD: Saudi Arabia has gifted 100 tons of high quality dates to Pakistan as a symbol of goodwill and spirit of solidarity.

According to the Saudi Mission, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has once again given a heartfelt gift to the people of Pakistan. Under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Harams, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, a formal handover ceremony was held at the Royal Embassy on Thursday. Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmed Al-Maliki along with King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Pakistan Director Abdullah Al-Baqami presented the consignment to Brig. Alamgir Ayub, Director General Military Wing, Federal Government Cabinet Division.

These dates mark the enduring bond of friendship and brotherhood between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. It reflects the deep-rooted values ​​of generosity and mutual cooperation that characterize the relationship between the two brotherly nations. On behalf of Pakistan, Brigadier Alamgir Ayub thanked the Custodian of the Holy Haram, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the leadership of Saudi Arabia for their unwavering and generous support.
