KP Education Foundation launched digitization initiative.

PESHAWAR: To promote transparency and meritocracy, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation (KPEF) on Friday officially launched a digitization project to ensure online display and accessibility of all activities of the organization.

Provincial Minister for Higher Education Meena Khan Afridi was the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony. In his welcome address, Zarif Mani, Managing Director of KPEF, spoke about the progress and goals of the digitization project. He said that the first phase of this initiative has successfully completed the digitization of scholarships and the official website of the department.

Speaking on the occasion, Meena Khan Afridi emphasized the importance of transparency in the digitalized system, which will ensure that scholarships are provided to deserving students without external influence.

He reiterated the government’s commitment to merit-based reforms and highlighted the primary objective of scholarships to empower talented students. He said the government is dedicated to ensuring justice by eliminating favoritism and promoting a merit-based culture.

He said that we believe in giving the right to every deserving person. Afridi assured that he has never and will never accept requests for favoritism, stressing that only deserving students should benefit from the scholarship system.
