King Charles seems to be putting his family ahead of the feud as he reportedly allowed Prince Andrew to attend the royal family’s Christmas party at Sandringham.
According to mirror, The king has extended an olive branch to his “infamous” brother amid their ongoing feud over his residence in the royal lodge.
The row between the brothers started when Charles asked Andrew to vacate the 30-room property. Later, royal commentator Robert Hardman revealed that the king had stopped his financial support.
Andrew needed his personal allowance to maintain his residence in the mansion. However, reports suggest that he has assured palace officials that he can pay his bills on his own.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Charles has invited the Duke of York to join the rest of the family in this year’s Christmas celebrations.
It comes after an insider claimed Charles has run out of “patience” when it comes to funding his brother’s lifestyle.
“If Andrew can pay for his care through legitimate means, it’s not a problem,” the insider said.
“But the king’s patience ran out when it came to funding his brother’s lifestyle in a way that was unbecoming of his status,” he added.
