King Charles is set to enjoy a family reunion at Christmas after his ‘difficult’ and ‘brutal’ cancer battle.
According to OK! MagazineRoyal expert Jenny Bond said the upcoming royal events at Sandringham House would “mean the world” to the monarch and his wife Queen Camilla.
The royal couple is set to host dignitaries including Prince William and Kate Middleton after a difficult year.
Notably, for the first time, Charles invited Camilla’s stepson, Tom Parker Bowles, to join the royal family at Sandringham.
“After the year they’ve had, I’m sure it would mean the world to the King and Queen to have as many members of their family join them for Christmas,” the royal observer said.
He added, “And as the number of young people increases, the celebration becomes more and more child-oriented. Exactly what Christmas should be about.”
“I’m sure it will be Christmas when the whole family will want to unite around Charles and Camilla, and William and Catherine, to help them put this year behind them and look forward to a brighter year ahead.” Jenny shared.
For the uninitiated, King Charles and Princess Kate announced their cancer diagnoses in February and March 2024 respectively.
The Princess of Wales revealed in September that she had successfully completed cancer treatment. On the other hand, Shah is still under treatment.
