Keerthy Suresh and Antony Thistle got married on 12th December 2024 in a traditional traditional wedding in Goa.
Looking beautiful as a South Indian bride, Keerthy Suresh’s wedding dress was designed by renowned fashion designer Anita Dongre. Keerthy’s bridal glow included a custom-made traditional yellow and green saree that was further enhanced with traditional jewelery by Vmidhi Bangaru Jewellers.
Anita Dongre’s two-tone saree, hand-woven in a primary shade of turmeric yellow, was enhanced with golden zari thread embroidery along with a rich green color on the saree border. The intricate embroidered tonal motifs on the saree match the motifs on the green saree blouse. Simple yet vibrant, the saree exuded traditional opulence.
The highlight of Keerthy’s stunning wedding look was the distinctive head pieces. Keerthy’s hair style featured gold and pearl embellished andal kodai (side hair bun), neeti khati (matha pati), surya pirai (sun) and chandraperai (moon) with intricate gold headpieces adorned with jewels and Jadugam (crotch ornament). ). Keerthy completed her bridal hairdo with mogra flowers.
Styled by Shruti Manjari, her style team including Niharika Verma, Keerthy’s bridal hair and makeup was done by hairstylist Teji Singh and makeup artist Aneegha Jain. Keerthy’s kohl-lined eyes and minimal makeup celebrated her bridal glow with élan.
Keerthy’s jewelery included jhumka earrings, nose rings, traditional necklaces, bangles and armlets crafted in gold. Each statement piece adorned by Keerthy exuded regal elegance. The vivid moments of Keerthy and Antony’s marriage were beautifully captured by Joseph Radek’s stories. Every moment captured during the wedding ceremony celebrated Kathy and Anthony’s special day. The highlight of their wedding was when they posed with their pet dog NYKE, who was also dressed in traditional attire.
Complementing his bride, Antony also went the traditional route and donned a white kurta, mandu dhoti (lunge) and green stole to match the border of Keerthy’s saree.
Keerthy’s wedding ensemble included another stunning Indian outfit. Keerthy paired a brick red saree with silver zari thread work. She completed the look with a contemporary diamond and ruby jewelery set.
Keerthy took to Instagram to share a few moments from the wedding, captioning it with her wedding hashtag #ForTheLoveOfNyke followed by a heart emoji. Filled with love and happiness, we wish Keerthy and Antony a happy married life.
