Kate and William’s royal team faces upheaval after staff leave.

Kate and William suffered another blow of resignation.

Princess Kate and Prince William have been dealt another blow by the resignation of a key staff member.

Demetra Pinsant, a prominent beauty executive, has stepped down as director of the Prince and Princess of Wales Royal Foundation after eight years as a trustee.

Pinsant, 50, who has been a driving force behind the growth of Charlotte Tilbury’s beauty empire, will continue in her role as chief executive of the brand, which has seen impressive expansion under her leadership.

Her departure comes four years after Spanish giant Puig acquired a majority stake in Charlotte Tilbury, valuing the British beauty brand at £1.3 billion.

The Royal Foundation now faces a major adjustment following the departure of Demetra Pinsant, who has stepped down after eight years as a trustee and director.

The latest change comes shortly after another key member of staff, Rob Dixon, resigned from his position as Royal Aquarian.

Dixon, who was appointed in 2020 when William and Kate were still the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, will continue in the role after they become Prince and Princess of Wales in 2022.

After four years of loyalty, Dixon would return to his duties with the Royal Navy.

Under her leadership, Charlotte Tilbury saw remarkable growth, culminating in a major acquisition of Spanish firm Puig in 2020, which valued the British beauty giant at £1.3 billion.

The deal marked a pivotal moment in the brand’s global expansion, cementing Pinsent’s legacy in the beauty industry.
