After reports of Saif Ali Khan being attacked, Kareena Kapoor Khan assured her fans of her safety.
Soon after news broke that 54-year-old Saif was stabbed six times during a burglary attempt at his Bandra, Mumbai residence, concern grew among fans.
Amidst widespread speculation about his condition and the safety of 44-year-old Kareena and her children, Singham Returns The actress’ team issued an official statement to address the situation.
“There was an attempted burglary at Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s residence last night,” he added, “Saif’s arm was injured for which he is in the hospital, undergoing a procedure. ”
“The rest of the family is doing well,” the statement continued. “We ask the media and fans to be patient and not to speculate further as the police are already conducting their proper investigation.”
Several authoritative news outlets confirmed that 44-year-old Kareena and her children Taimur and Jaya were at home when Saif was attacked.
