A County Armagh priest has said the local community is in shock after a father and son were killed in a crash.
Peter Devlin and his son Loughlin were killed when an Audi and Mercedes collided. Friday outside the village of Kalilia.
Four others, including a child, were taken to hospital.
A woman sustained serious injuries and is in critical condition.
Father Sean Moore said the thoughts of everyone in the community are with the loved ones of the deceased.
He also condemned what he termed as misinformation on social media about the accident.
“It’s a terrible shock to the community, the community is in complete shock,” he told BBC News NI.
Fr Moore said the Devlin family were well known in the community, where Peter worked as a painter.
The pastor said prayers will be offered for the men and their families at the local parish on Sunday evening.
These deaths bring the total number of people killed on Northern Ireland’s roads to 67 in 2024.
Sarah Duffy, Mayor of Armagh, Bainbridge and Craigavon, described what happened as “heartbreaking”.
Killia Road, which was closed after the accident, is now fully open.
Police have appealed to witnesses to contact them.
