Jennifer Aniston isn’t one to make New Year’s resolutions, and for good reason.
In an interview with people In the Jan. 5 issue of the magazine, the 55-year-old actress explained why she avoids setting annual goals, especially fitness-related ones.
“I don’t make resolutions. I really don’t. I don’t want to let myself down. I don’t want to fail,” he revealed.
Instead of planning for the whole year, friends Alum prefers a more flexible approach to wellness. He points to Pvolve’s “Redefining Strength” challenge, a short-term fitness program, as a healthier alternative.
“You’re not committing yourself to next year,” he explained. “If you can only make it for two weeks, and it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work. But I guarantee you, you won’t. You’ll get the bug. Everyone I’ve talked to just loves it.

“You can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body, and get an incredible transformation,” he said of his partnership with Pvolve. It’s changed my body more than any of the others I’ve tried over the years.”
For Aniston, fitness isn’t about setting strict rules but about finding what works best — and enjoying the process along the way.
