ISLAMABAD: Embassy of Japan in Pakistan has announced MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) Teachers Training Scholarship 2025 in For Pakistani teachers who have five years of teaching experience in primary or secondary schools, public or private. .
According to the embassy, the age limit for the program is 35 years. It said that the aim of the training course was to provide Pakistani teachers with an opportunity to conduct research on school education in Japan and to learn new methodologies and teaching techniques from Japanese experts which would help them in their professional development.
MEXT annually offers scholarships to international teachers who wish to conduct research on school education as teacher training students at designated educational institutions in Japan under the Japanese government’s MEXT Scholarship Program. This is a non-degree training course of maximum 18 months duration, but the applicant will receive a certificate after completing the required course at a university in Japan. Last date for sending applications is 14 February 2025.
