Jane Fonda has recently been letting fans in on her health journey after turning 87.
The actress and activist lifted the lid on her exercise regime in the interview. People magazineshowing that nothing really changed except his speed.
“I basically do everything I used to do, just slower,” Fonda told the publication.
“I used to be a runner, but now I love walking. I love being out in the woods, especially up and down hills,” she continued.
The actress also revealed that she mixes up her exercise regime so that she doesn’t get used to the same routine.
“I work out every day, so it’s important to mix up the way I move. I work upper-body strength and lower-body strength on alternate days. I get cardio in. One of my favorite ways to do that is to find a way to do it,” he said.

Fonda is still surprised by the popularity of her tapes to this day.
“I had no idea my videos would become such a trend.” “When I was starting out, there weren’t many rigorous forms of exercise available to women,” she continued. “I learned basic exercise in the 70s from a charismatic teacher named Lenny Kasden.”
