New Delhi: There is good news for Infosys employees as the IT bellwether company has announced a 90 per cent performance bonus for eligible employees for the second quarter of FY25.
Reports published in both the Business Standard and the Economic Times stated that the bonuses apply to mid- to junior-level employees.
Although the average performance bonus is 90 percent, the percentage payout will vary based on individual performance. Additionally, the bonus will also be independent of Infosys’ return-to-office policy, both Financial Daily reported.

In the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2024-25, Infosys posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,506 crore in July-September. This was 4.7 percent higher than year-ago revenue and 2.2 percent higher than net profit in the previous quarter, according to a company statement.
Technology Services raised its revenue guidance for the full fiscal year. It now expects currency earnings to grow between 3.75 percent and 4.5 percent for the fiscal year April 2024 to March 2025, up from its earlier guidance of 3 percent to 4 percent.
Infosys CEO and MD Salil Parekh called it a “huge upward movement” in growth guidance. The upward revision comes on the back of a ramp-up of mega deals. The company raised its guidance in the June quarter from the 1-3 percent range it started the year with.
