Indian military personnel organize various traditional and cultural programs, festivals, plays and other recreational activities for the common people of the nation to protect them.
On this occasion, Indian military personnel participate in the distribution of Indian tricolor flags or vehicle flags (red, dark blue and light blue representing the three divisions of the Indian Army) across the country.
