Hundreds of players from Punjab will participate in the PEF event.

LAHORE: Secretary Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Muzaffar Khan Syal has said that around 350 male and female players of Punjab province will participate in the sports event of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF).

He expressed these views while presiding over the meeting organized regarding PEF sports event at Punjab Stadium on Friday. DG Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Khizr Afzal Chaudhry, PEF Managing Director Education Shahid Fareed, Deputy Managing Director PFF Samina Nawaz, Director Admin M Kaleem and other officials participated in the meeting.

On this occasion, the Managing Director of PEF briefed the Secretary Youth Affairs Punjab about the various features of the PEF sports event. Addressing the meeting, Secretary Youth Affairs Punjab said that Sports Department Punjab will provide full support for the successful organization of PEF sports event. He further said that the development of sports across the province is our mission and the Punjab Sports Department is taking all possible steps to achieve this goal.

He said that long jump, 100 meters race and other disciplines will be organized in the PEF sports event. DG Sports Punjab Khizr Afzal Chaudhry will oversee the arrangements for the PEF sports event.
