It looks like Meghan Markle has a well-wisher in the UK as the beloved TV presenter has expressed interest in building a good relationship with the Duchess of Sussex.
Reports suggest that Prince Harry’s wife is hoping to make some good connections in Europe as she is determined to improve the image of her Sussex brand.
After splitting from power couple, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, Meghan is now reaching out to the former this morning Host, Holly Willoughby, in a shock move.
However, the ITV alum, who has a soft spot for Meghan, is actually happy to strike up a friendship with the Sussexes and gain their trust, an insider revealed.
“With lucrative gigs in the US on the cards, Holly would love to have more contacts in the US,” the source said. Hat Magazine.
“And of course, an exclusive sit-down interview with Meghan would be a big win for her, too.”
The insider noted that Holly sympathizes with Prince Archie and Princess Lilybet’s mother as she defends her back in 2022.
Royal expert Camilla Tomeney suggested that the British press had treated Harry and Meghan no differently than William and Kate.
Disagreeing, Holly said she “remembers drawing comparisons between how Kate was being treated at the time and how she was being treated” and added that “there There was quite a difference.”
“Holly sympathizes with Meghan and realizes she’s had a tough time – after all, she’s still a mother and wife doing her job in light of constant scrutiny,” the source said.
Meanwhile, Meghan knows how popular Holly is in the UK and knows she plans to pursue a career in Hollywood.
The Duchess of Sussex believes it was the “perfect time” to get to Holly, especially since she and Prince Harry bought their new holiday home in Portugal. So, getting an appointment will not be as difficult as it would be in the UK.
The update comes after Prince Harry was issued with a “career-ending” warning ahead of his return to the UK for legal battles against the British press. A British High Court judge told Harry’s legal team to proceed with caution with their “serious allegations” because they could “result in career-ending and possible criminal prosecution”.
