Simone Biles is an elite athlete and one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, but she recently admitted she struggled to get through workouts.
Biles apparently took some time off after winning her fifth, sixth and seventh. Olympic gold medal in Paris earlier this year
But he has recently resumed his workouts.
According to Biles’ social media account, Pilates was at least part of her first post-Olympics workout, but her experience with the popular exercise wasn’t something she’d be interested in doing again.

“Working out for the first time since the Olympics,” the superstar gymnast wrote on her Instagram story on Wednesday. “That’s what I wore to the Pilates class I’ll never attend again! Stay strong, everyone. It was tough.”
Joseph Pilates is credited with developing the practice. A typical Pilates class includes machines, which use bands and a moving bench.
The exercises focus on improving flexibility and strengthening muscles. When done correctly, Pilates is also known to help strengthen the lower back and leg muscles.
Biles has not ruled out competing in the Olympics again.
