On Monday, gold prices in Pakistan fell marginally by Rs 800, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24 carat gold fell by Rs 800 to Rs 277,000 per tola, according to data shared by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs 687 to Rs 237,482.
The international market also saw a fall in gold prices on Monday by $8 to $2658 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
However, the price of silver in the local market remained stable at Rs 3400 per tola.
On Friday, the price of 24-carat gold fell by Rs 5,000 to Rs 277,800 per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold fell by Rs 4,286 to Rs 238,169. For those interested in 22 carat gold, the price of 10 grams stood at Rs 218,321. In the international market, gold prices fell by $50 per ounce to $2,666.
