In a statement on Wednesday, the agency confirmed it was investigating multiple bombings and “suiting” incidents targeting designated individuals and appointees. “We are working closely with our law enforcement partners,” the FBI said.

She said in a statement that she, her husband and young son were on their way home from Washington for the Thanksgiving holiday when they learned of the threat.
Lee Zilden, Trump’s pick to lead the Environmental Protection Agency, said his home was targeted with a pipe bomb threat. which sent a “pro-Palestinian themed message”.
The former New York congressman said he and his family were not home at the time.
As he prepared to return to the White House in January, Trump quickly assembled a cabinet of loyalists, several of whom were criticized for a severe lack of experience.
The Republican, who appears poised to avoid criminal charges related to his efforts to reverse his 2020 election loss, was wounded in the ear in an assassination attempt in July.
