The reality

While 42 people, including women and children, were killed in the November 21 attack in Karam, the image being shared is not from Pakistan. It probably originated from Gaza.

A reverse image search revealed that the photo was first posted online by an Instagram user on May 30 with the caption “A lost childhood, amidst rubble and blood”.

The montage also included other images such as children’s pushcarts, shoes, and milk bottles, all covered in blood. The user also tagged the photos with the hashtag #Palestine.

The original montage can be viewed. Here.
