Dubai: Dubai South – the largest urban development focusing on aviation, logistics and real estate – has announced the signing of an agreement with BT Holding LLC, Dubai.
The deal covers the development of a gated master community located near Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai’s South Golf District.
The agreement was signed by Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South Executive Chairman Khalifa Al Ghafin and Group Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik in the presence of Dubai South Properties CEO Nabil Al Kundi, founder Malik Riaz Hussain. and Chairman of Bahria Town as well as other senior executives of both institutions.
The master community will include villas, townhouses, apartments, educational facilities, hospitals, retail spaces, mosques and entertainment venues. It will also feature green spines, water streams, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic monuments, wide boulevards, and numerous other attractions, offering a serene yet vibrant living experience.
