Lahore: Data Darbar police on Monday arrested a female drug dealer and recovered 1420 grams of hashish from her possession. The woman popularly known as Langri was arrested for selling drugs in the suburbs of Data Darbar and Bhati.
Meanwhile, Sadar Division Police arrested accused Imran from Manga Mandi with 1420 grams of hashish, Tanveer Ahmed from Green Town with 1240 grams of hashish and Naeem Akhtar from Raiwand with 520 grams of hashish. Mayo Hospital police detained Faraz, Shazal, Arsalan, Junaid, Nazim and Salman at Gwalmandi checkpoint and recovered drugs and gutka from their possession.
Wahdat Colony Police found the missing child Muhammad Hafeez within a few hours and handed him over to his father. The Dolphin Squad arrested Tayyab, the leader of the mobile phone stealing gang from Nawab Town and recovered two mobile phones stolen from the citizens. Dolphin Squad and PRU arrested eight suspects involved in robbery and theft cases.
