Dill Pickle Dip
- In a small serving bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped pickles, salted water, dill and chives. Stir to combine, then season with a few twists of black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the top lightly with chopped chives, dill and another twist of pepper. Offer as needed. Leftover pickle dip will keep well in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 4 days.
