ISLAMABAD: Data of Haj 2025 packages worth more than Rs 30 lakh will be shared with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other agencies.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the data of private Hajj operators providing Hajj packages worth more than Rs 30 lakh and the package recipients will be shared with FBR and other institutions. The ministry has allowed clusters of private Hajj operators and their subsidiary companies to start booking for Hajj 2025.
The ministry spokesperson said on Friday that bookings under the private Hajj scheme will continue till January 31 as per the packages listed on the ministry’s official website. Hajj packages under the private scheme range from Rs 1.75 million to Rs 2.15 million. Companies are obliged to provide facilities to Haj pilgrims as per Service Provider Agreement (SPA). Any package above Rs 30 lakh will require approval from the Haj Policy Formulation Committee and Haj organizers will provide full details of additional facilities.
Those wishing to perform Hajj under the Private Hajj Scheme are advised to get confirmation from the operators from the Ministry’s website or the ‘Pak Hajj’ mobile app and pay them to their bank accounts.
