Chrissy Teigen has opened up about how her family is adjusting to her son Miles’ diagnosis of type 1 diabetes.
In an Instagram post on Nov. 23, the model responded to a fan’s comment, saying that her family is still learning about the condition.
Chrissy shared a carousel of photos featuring her children, including Miles, her 8-year-old daughter Luna, 22-month-old daughter Estee and 17-month-old son Warren.
“Home is alive! Alphabet and counting, big kids growing up and funny little people. It’s a lot but it’s perfect,” the caption read.
When a follower asked if the mother of four would share more about the diagnosis and her journey, she replied, “I’m definitely planning! We’re still learning on our own here.”
On July 31, the 38-year-old TV personality confirmed that her son has been diagnosed with type one diabetes.

The two felt compelled to announce the news after a fan spotted their son wearing a diabetes monitor in one of their posts.
“Many of you may have noticed something special about the photo I posted a few days ago,” he wrote.
“Miles had his arm raised, and many of you said the most beautiful and incredible words I’ve ever seen on this platform.”
