Social media influencer Chris Olsen revealed a terrifying incident on New Year’s Day in the New York City subway.
On Wednesday, January 1, the 27-year-old content creator shared a video on TikTok with her friend Caroline Haroldson, depicting an alleged violent incident she witnessed.
He claimed one of the passengers pulled out a “really big knife” as he continued to scream.
The TikTok star admitted that he didn’t actually see the weapon himself, and didn’t take the situation too seriously at first.
However, after a while, everyone panicked and ran towards where the two were sitting, as they were at the very end of the train.
Chris mentions that the door in the middle of the train is jammed, but he somehow manages to force it open, and ushers everyone into an adjacent section, only to find that the next door is locked.
“We just hear screams in the background, and we keep pushing hard against a wall that doesn’t have a door that opens,” he recalled.
“We don’t know if somebody pulled a gun. We don’t know who else got stabbed,” he reflected on the terrifying moment.
Finally, someone pulled the emergency brake, bringing the train to a halt, the influencer added.
“It must have been five minutes but it felt like 30,” he said, adding that the conductor finally opened the door, and everyone went to the next section.
He noted that he usually used public transport, especially the subway, and often encountered strange behavior from passengers, but that this was something that scared him and he remembered for a long time. will remain
