Islamabad: On the demand of CDA Mazdoor Union (CBA), the CDA Board has approved to increase the number of employees going on Hajj from 50 to 60.
According to a notification, now 54 male and six female non-gazetted employees will be able to perform Hajj with their ‘Muhram’ every year.
It should be noted that earlier 48 male and two female employees of CDA used to go on Hajj with their ‘Mahram’.
CDA Mazdoor Union General Secretary Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin thanked Chairman CDA Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, board members and CDA management for increasing Haj quota.
He said that CDA labor union is a representative organization of the laborers and its objective is the welfare of the laborers and to serve them without discrimination.
CDA Labor Union believes in two-way dialogue and thus will continue the spirit of serving the workers and all the problems of the workers will be solved at the earliest.
