Next came Hrithik Roshan, and as a fangirl, his fitness journey has been truly impressive. She spoke openly about her struggles and how she overcame them, and I couldn’t be more inspired to win one day at a time. I also wanted to control my fitness.”
Shreya also shared some inspiring photos of her transformation on her social media and captioned it, “Story Time 💌- I love every version of me, each one reflects who I am mentally. No regrets. I have become wiser and tougher.

I wanted to get fit though. For no other reason than just health to begin with. I was going through some stress and was constantly advised to be active and take care of my fitness and health.
I remember reading an article by @hrithikroshan (my forever crush) about being fit and how I handled his ups and downs. I am one of Hrithik’s biggest fans since childhood and this article changed my life. In hindsight I feel like I owe my fitness journey to them. So, here it is… an appreciation post for my cinematic idol who inspired me to take care of myself, prioritize my health. You inspire millions of people including me…
Taking care of my health helped me pursue a passion I always had … acting.. So, here I am .. pushing through the good days and the bad and keeping my eyes on the prize.
Thank you all for the love and encouragement.. ❤️
This is to fit 2025.”
She adds, “That’s when I started boxing. Boxing wasn’t just exercise; it was therapy. At first, I was skeptical but then I laced up my gloves for the first session and quickly got used to it.” Fell in love with the game. I realized that the biggest fight is always within you. I discovered a version of myself that I used to be Wasn’t Found – Full of determination and self-acceptance was.”
