Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court has reserved its verdict on the bail plea of PTI protesters arrested during the D Chowk protest.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the Anti-Terrorism Court heard the bail application. Lawyers of the accused and prosecutor Raja Naveed appeared in the court.
The judge said: Bail has been set, you do it and let a lawyer argue.
The court was told that Afghan nationals are also among the accused. The lawyers said that all the Afghan citizens are legally living in Pakistan and all the documents are attached. Afghan nationals have applied for political asylum and are not involved in illegal activities. They were picked up from the houses of Karachi Company and Tarnool and their number is 146.
