Ashley Tisdale offers an inside look at her hair care routine after being diagnosed with alopecia.

Ashley told the publication that it’s “starting to be really good for my hair and my scalp.”
She also opened up about her experience with hair color and bleach, “I used to play around with a lot of colors and dye my hair and bleach it, and since then I’ve been really bright blonde. I didn’t have hair extensions and I stopped doing that too.
“I really started treating my hair better and basically knowing that I can’t take it for granted. So I treat my hair better and I don’t put too much stress on it.”
