Detectives want to trace three men after an 18-year-old was stabbed on an Edinburgh street.
Police Scotland said the teenager was found seriously injured in Bath Street, Portobello, at around 18:40 on Friday.
He was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary where he is in a serious but not life-threatening condition.
Officers said the two suspects were masked and left the scene on dark-colored e-bikes.
Both are described as tall, slim, wearing dark clothing and black balaclavas.
The third is described as a sticky texture with blonde hair.
DT Insp Dougal Baig said: “We are continuing our inquiries to establish the full circumstances and a police presence will be maintained in the area.
“We believe this was a targeted attack and I would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have information that could help. Contact us“
